lobalConnexE-paymentsm connects Merchants & Internet Users by
providing an immediate, secure and effective system to
transfer Cash worldwide over the Internet!

The
Merchants balance can be viewed at anytime from within
their Merchant Account, for both the current period and
also any historical period. Total transfers, fees,
withdrawals and deposits can all be viewed in the
Merchant Balance section.
e@bank
settles with Merchants weekly for amounts in excess of
their float, by bank wire, FedEx cashiers check, or
Western Union Transfer.
Settlement periods run from Tuesday to Monday. For
example settlement for transactions from the 1st to the
7th are made on the 8th or 9th of the month. All
settlements appear on the Merchant Account both current
and historical.
e@bank is not bound by its Merchant Services agreement
to go into a negative cash position on behalf of a
Merchant. For example, if a Merchant has $4,000 in its
e@bank account and then the Merchant attempts to
payout $8,000, e@bank would be in a negative position
of $4,000. However e@bank would prefer that it’s
Individual members could process payouts irrespective of
the Merchant’s revolving balance. Initially e@bank
suggests (but does not require) leaving a float of
$5,000.00 of Merchant’s funds on deposit to facilitate
immediate payouts to Merchant’s clients. The float is
intended to allow immediate payout when the actual
balance would not support it. If the Merchant’s normal
payout level is regularly in excess of the initial
float, we will discuss with the Merchant raising the
float to a reasonable level in the circumstances.
