The Annual
Percentage Rate ("APR") for the
Home Equity Line of Credit may vary and is
determined by adding a margin to the Prime
Rate. For any billing cycle, we will use
the index value of the last business day
of the previous calendar month to
calculate the ANNUAL PERCENTAGE RATE. The
APRs may range from Prime Rate minus .25%
to Prime Rate plus 2.25% and is based on a
review of your e@bank status. $10,000
is the minimum credit line available. The
maximum APR is 18%. The payments during
the 60-month draw period are an interest
only payment or $25.00, whichever is
greater. During the 120-month repayment
period the payment is equal to accrued
finance charges, during the billing cycle
plus 1/120th of the principal balance at
the end of the first billing cycle in the
Repayment period. Closing costs vary by
state and range between $5 in WV to $2000
in NY for any applicable state or county
recording taxes. This offer is contingent
upon receiving a valid first or second
lien on your owner-occupied, one-to-four
family residence. Minimum and maximum
property values apply and a property
appraisal may be required. Loan amount may
not exceed 90% of the value of your home
minus the first mortgage balance. Final
loan approval is subject to verification
of acceptable income and credit. Property
insurance is required 3
The fixed
Annual Percentage Rate ("APR")
will range between 7.49% and 11.74%,
depending upon your creditworthiness. For

borrowed at a range of 7.49% to 11.74% for
15 years, may range from $463.22 to
$591.75. These APRs are valid as of
December 15, 2001. Closing costs vary by
